Daily visits are scheduled from 7:30 AM to 9 PM.
Pet sitting (domestic pets only, no farm animals, no feral animals, wild animals, no aggressive cats or dogs who have bitten anyone or any other animal). All pets must be up to date on their shots and registered with their appropriate town. Have a copy of these ready for our meet and greet.
Our Service area is from Baiting Hollow to Mattituck (the north fork only).
All visits between noon and 5pm with dense traffic during the following seasons and holidays, i.e., Memorial Day weekend, Pumpkin picking season, Thanksgiving, etc. – an additional $25 will be added to each visit. This is due to the time involved and gas.
- DAILY VISIT (WITHIN OUR RADIUS OF BAITING HOLLOW TO MATTITUCK - the north fork only)$25.00One visit for 1-3 pets. Only relief walks during inclement weather and remaining time will be spent with your pet indoors. No long walks with temperature below freezing or when the heat index is high. We come within a general time frame unless your pet is on a medication schedule. The visit is generally between 25-30 minutes.
- OVERNIGHT PETSITTING$80.00Our pet-sitter will arrive by 8 PM for the overnight care of your pet. The sitter will spend the night in a designated guest room after completing your pet’s normal evening routine. The following morning, after your pet is fed and taken for a walk, (if that is their normal routine), the pet sitter will lock up and leave. If you would like a second visit in the afternoon, it is considered another daily visit. Posh Pawz & Pads would like all their over-night pet sitters to have access to a clean bathroom, use of the kitchen to warm up a meal, and of course a separate clean guest room. At the end of the scheduled stay, bedding will be stripped and put by the washer. We will leave your home the same way it was when you left, nice and tidy! All mail and packages will be brought in and put away until your return. Garbage will be taken out on the night before garbage pick-up day. The garbage cans will be brought back in if we are scheduled for the following day after garbage pick-up. Rest assured, we will not share any information with inquisitive neighbors or answer your phone. Discretion is what we are known for! Please respect our pet sitter and do not place cameras in the bedroom or bathroom.Weekday overnights are Mon., Tues., Wed., & Thurs.

- Pet Taxi (Within a 5 mile radius from the pet’s home) - from Mattituck to Wading River only$50.00$50.00 for 30 min (to a scheduled groomer or vet appt. within a 5 mile radius from your home). $25 Extra charge for every half hour spent waiting at that appointment if we are required to stay.
- Locksmith Charge$75.00$75 + any fee the locksmith will charge.
No Pet Share! We take care of your pets the entire time without neighbor interference or someone else dropping off their pet. Posh Pawz & Pads is a service for your pet and no additional pets. We can arrange to go take care of theirs too after the proper paperwork and meet/greet is completed. 30 minutes ensures that we get the time to feed and care for up to three pets. If you have more pets then more time should be scheduled so that each can get the care and love from our pet sitter. Our rate is for up to three pets per household.
Service Hours:
- Morning visits are scheduled starting from 7:30am – 11am, Afternoon visits are scheduled from 11:30am-3pm, Evening visits are scheduled form 5pm-9pm.
- 25-30 min per visit @25 + tax. If you need extra time, an additional half hour will be added on to your visit. If you need an additional 15 minutes, then we add on an extra $10. To your half hour. It really all depends on your pet. We cannot accommodate more than three pets in one half hour. If you have four pets then more time will be needed, depending on what needs to be done. That is at my discretion.
- Services cannot begin without all the proper pet sitting agreement forms are in and shots are up to date.

You don’t have to take off valuable time from work, get stuck in traffic or miss meetings to sign for a package or wait for a delivery. If you have a visitor or renter in for the week or weekend, we can be there to let them in and report back to you!
