Standard Service (weekly, bi-monthly or monthly)

• Checking for leaks
• Ceilings (house, garage, patios, storage rooms)
• Window Sill and door thresholds
• Water Heater
• Sinks, toilets, faucets, hose bibs

Provide Routine Checks

• Walk in interior & exterior of home
• Run faucets, disposal, flush toilets
• Check security system
• Check for insects and pest
• Chimney check for infestation and to ensure flue is closed
• Check and report fuel levels
• Operation of heating system
• Check timer on activated lights
• Replace batteries or bulbs
• Bring in mail/packages inside
• Start your car if stored

Specialized Services

• Green Housecleaning
• Special Request (Specialized Services are provided by separate agreement)
• Lawn tick spray
• Simple Maintenance

Storm Watch Services (a minimum of 1 weekly visit is suggested following a storm, power outage or deep freeze)
• After a major rain or wind storm, we provide the following:
• Check power services
• Check for leaks
• Check exterior; outdoor furniture in place, no broken tree limbs, etc.

• House Watching services are available from (North Fork: Wading River to Mattituck), (South Fork: West Hampton Beach to Southampton)

Basic exterior walk around:

• Remove newspapers, flyers or packages from doorstep
• Check for damage, vandalism and forced entry
• Check for damage from tree limbs
• Inspect pool cover and any outside décor is secure
• Water plants and shrubs
• Check hoses and water supply is off and free of leaks
• Walk entire exterior of property

Basic Interior Room

• Open And Close Window Treatments For Show Of Inhabitants
• Exercise Plumbing And Check Gaskets Under Sinks To Make Sure There Is No Leaking
• Check Hvac Systems Are Working
• Close And Check All Windows And Doors Are Secure
• Look For Signs Of Bugs And Pests
• Set House Alarm Before Leaving
• Check Breaker Panels

Home Watch Both North & South Fork homes

With our HomeWatch service, the homeowner contracts Posh Pawz & Pads, LLC to inspect their home during the owner’s absence and send a report to our client of any findings of full interior/exterior of each visit.
